SkyPress, LLC (“SkyPress,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and operates the DSC HVAC Tech Support mobile application for iOS and Android (the “App”). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information collected by the App itself:

  • Device push token: a token issued by Firebase Cloud Messaging so the App can receive notifications. Collected when the App is opened.
  • Install ID: a random identifier created when the App is first opened. It is not tied to your name, email, or any account.
  • Business ZIP code (optional): if you choose to enter it, we store your ZIP code along with the approximate state, county, and area it corresponds to. You can skip this step and use the App fully without it.
  • Platform: whether the App is running on iOS or Android, and whether notifications are enabled.

None of this information is linked to your name, email address, or account.

Information you provide through support forms and website pages:

The App opens tech support, warranty, and training pages hosted on hajocahvacservice.com and on third-party form providers. When you submit a form or create an account on these pages, you may provide:

  • Contact information: name, email address, and phone number
  • Support content: descriptions of equipment issues and other details you enter
  • Photos and videos: images you choose to attach, using your camera or photo library

The App accesses your camera or photo library only when you choose to attach a file.

How We Use Information

  • Push token, install ID, and platform: to deliver notifications such as rebate announcements, training dates, and product updates
  • ZIP code: to send notifications relevant to your area
  • Support form and account information: to respond to support requests, process warranty claims, and provide access to the website

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your information.

How Information Is Shared

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: receives the push token and notification content in order to deliver notifications. Firebase does not receive your ZIP code.
  • Form and support providers: process the information you submit through support and warranty forms so the support team can respond.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

Data Storage and Security

App registration data is stored on servers operated by SkyPress in the United States. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Your Choices and Data Deletion

  • Notifications: you can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
  • ZIP code: you can change or clear your ZIP code at any time by tapping the location pin on the App’s home screen.
  • Uninstalling: deleting the App removes the install ID and push token from your device.
  • Account deletion: to delete an account created on hajocahvacservice.com, follow the steps at https://hajocahvacservice.com/delete-account/
  • Other requests: to request deletion of App registration data, or to ask about any information we hold, email info@skypress.us.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for HVAC professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
